By signing a contract with Bay To Bay Pro Wash LLC, you acknowledge and agree that this is a legally binding agreement for services to be completed at an agreed-upon price. Should you breach this contract, all deposits made are non-refundable and will be considered damages. All warranties provided are limited to those offered by the manufacturers of the products used for your project. Bay To Bay Pro Wash LLC does not provide any additional warranties. If you have any concerns regarding our work, please notify us immediately.

By signing this agreement, you grant Bay To Bay Pro Wash LLC permission to use an on-site water supply, if necessary, to complete the project without additional compensation. If an exterior water supply is required, additional charges will apply. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the water supply is functional and available before our arrival. Additional charges will be applied if water is unavailable. You also agree to provide access to an on-site electrical source as needed to complete the project at no additional charge. If an exterior electrical source is required, additional charges will apply.

The properties and species of wood can significantly affect the resulting color or tone of the stain. Variations may occur not only between individual boards but across the entire project due to the natural characteristics of the wood. Bay To Bay Pro Wash LLC strives to represent the final finish color and tone as accurately as possible. However, some variation is expected, and the final result may differ from the initial expectation. While we are on-site, you are responsible for ensuring that children, pets, and other individuals remain at a safe distance from the work area. For safety reasons, all pets and children must stay off the work surface for at least 24 hours after completion.

Payments are due according to the schedule outlined in your contract and must be made by check or cash. Full payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late fees will be applied to any balances not paid on time. The customer agrees to cover any collection costs incurred by Bay To Bay Pro Wash LLC for outstanding balances. Scheduling may be subject to change due to weather conditions. Bay To Bay Pro Wash LLC will make every effort to minimize scheduling conflicts; however, circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, may affect project start and completion dates. You will be notified of any necessary changes.

It is the homeowner’s responsibility to remove and replace any deck furniture, grills, planters, or other items prior to our arrival. If we need to remove items, Bay To Bay Pro Wash LLC will not be responsible for any damage, breakage, or storage of those items. An additional charge may apply for time and labor spent removing these items. Bay To Bay Pro Wash LLC is not responsible for any damage resulting from improperly installed siding, loose shingles, broken windows, defective construction, improperly secured wires, or loose gutters. Additionally, power washing may highlight faded or bleached areas on aluminum or vinyl siding due to sun exposure. We are not responsible for such conditions. Bay To Bay Pro Wash LLC is also not liable for any loose mortar that may be dislodged during the cleaning process.

Certain stains, such as tree sap, artillery fungus, and paint splatters, may not be removable through power washing. We will make every attempt to identify these areas during the quoting process, but some stains may be impossible to remove. Bay To Bay Pro Wash LLC expects the property to be in good repair and weathertight, including electrical services and windows. We are not responsible for damage caused by water infiltration due to poor or improper installation, maintenance, or repair of electrical components, doors, or windows. Bay To Bay Pro Wash LLC does not guarantee the removal of artillery fungus from exterior house surfaces. Please note that window cleaning is not included in our services, and windows may become water spotted as a result of our work, but we do not take responsibility for any damage or staining to the windows.
